I love what I do. And after 20 years behind the decks, that hasn’t changed.
It all started when my late cousin Vinny took me along to DJ an 80s weekender in North Wales. I still remember dropping a track and hearing the crowd erupt when they recognised it. That feeling of connection between the DJ, the music and the dance floor? I was hooked!
A few years later, I went to Mallorca for a weekend and stayed for 10 years.
Those years were an incredible education. From packed nightclubs and busy bars to pool parties and private events, I was playing to different crowds almost every night. I learned how to read a room, build energy and, most importantly, give people a night worth remembering.
Today, I’m based in West Yorkshire, bringing that experience to weddings, parties, corporate events, clubs and festivals across the UK.
I‘ve performed at hundreds of venues, worked alongside talented musicians and hosted over 1,000 interactive quiz events. I’m just as comfortable behind a microphone as I am behind the decks.
But what matters most isn’t where I’ve played. It’s what happens when I play.
I love discovering what makes a crowd tick. Whether that’s soulful house, disco, club classics, unexpected favourites or a room full of people singing their hearts out, every event deserves its own soundtrack.
No two crowds are the same. And that’s exactly why I love this job.
